Can you fix it?
Sometimes you may be able to resolve the problem with a few basic checks, which may be quicker than calling us out e.g
• Does a fuse need replacing?
• Has a pilot light gone out?
• Does the pressure on your boiler need to be raised?
• Does a light bulb need to be replaced?
If it's not something you can deal with then we're happy to help.
Gas leaks
If you smell gas, call Transco immediately on 0800 111 999
Who should you contact?
• If your property maintenance is managed by your landlord then you must contact you landlord directly. Space2 Properties Ltd are not responsible for organizing any repairs to your property.
• If your property maintenance is managed by Space2 Properties Ltd then please submit the repair request using the form below or contact us on 0151-625-1010.
